Ingredients
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 2 Medjool dates, pittes
  • 2-3 cups fresh baby spinach
  • 1 kiwi fruit
  • dash of coconut water
  • Toppings:
  • banana, sliced
  • Medjool dates, pitted and chopped
  • kiwi
  • dried mulberries
  • coconut flakes
  • chia seeds
Instructions
  1. Place all the smoothie ingredients into the blender and mix on high until smooth.
  2. Pour the smoothie into a bowl and decorate with your favourite toppings.
