Summer is finally here! You guys know what that means – endless ice cream bowls for breakfast, lunch AND dinner! 😀 🙂 By now, you should know that bananas are my all-time favourite fruit and ‘nice cream’ fits right into that! Now, for those of you who aren’t familiar with the term yet, n(ana)ice cream = (banana)ice cream – also known as the best invention in modern history – is purely plant-based, heavenly creamy and super tasty ice cream, made out of bananas! 🙂
Nice cream is my go-to meal, especially during hot summer days, and I love experimenting with all the different fruity combinations. This one is a tropical blend, topped with tons of fresh fruit, coco granola and raw cacao nibs – SO GOOD! The secret for its creamy texture is to simply use frozen bananas as the base (and possibly more frozen fruits), and a tiny dash of mylk (make sure not to use too much, so it won’t get too liquid). I also added a teaspoon of maca powder for some extra nutrients, but that’s totally optional. As summer arrived and it’s boiling hot these days, I’ll for sure be uploading tons of different flavours, so stay tuned for more healthy summer bowls! 🙂

Can you add the weight of the papaya in grams?
Thank you
